今天没法完成论文抓取，不是因为没有相关论文，而是工具链阻塞：
- arXiv 页面访问失败：browser_navigate 无法启动，因为运行环境没有 Chrome。
- 报错核心信息：Chrome not found. Run agent-browser install to download Chrome
- 当前可用工具里没有 web_search 或 terminal/curl 备选通道，所以我不能可靠检查“最近一个月内提交”的论文，也不能安全地给你编一个列表。
结论：今天不推论文，避免给你假数据。
需要修复：给这个 cron 环境安装 Chrome / agent-browser，或开放 web_search / terminal 作为 fallback。
